    • 1-Hour Micro Strategy Session - This consultation is a one-time session for hour with the founder + key stakeholders.

    • Mini Series Strategy Session - This consultation is broken up into 3 different sessions to develop a strategy, following up with your team on implementing the strategy + cultivating an effective plan to ensure your company sticks with the strategy.

    • Full VIP Day - This consultation is a 6 hour day dedicated solely to the Founder, key stakeholders and your team to develop a strategy from conception to adoption.
