Our 1-on-1 consultation is a knowledge-packed 1 hour phone call offering strategy guidance for business owners who are confident they can implement consultative advice on their own. There is also an option for a 5-hour VIP Day that is more aggressive and in-person; based on availability.
Project-based options are ideal for businesses that need 1-2 services to help move closer to their goals as it pertains to recruiting, retaining and developing their employees. Our team will focus on working with you to complete the requested project only.
Our contracted fractional HR support offers a more hands-on approach as we intentionally collaborate with your management team to strategize, implement and oversee adoption of requested services. This can cover a multitude of services, include an entire internal organizational restructure, and more.
