  • A Fractional Officer role is a part-time, expert position filled by a professional who provides high-level strategic guidance and expertise without being a full-time employee.

    Our consultants can work solo/independently or collaborate with your leadership team, if available.

  • That works for us as well. We’d be happy to partner with your current staff.

  • We offer support based on a 3-6 month contract. During on-boarding, you will commit to using our services for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension of 6 months. Once your contracted time is over, we will revisit extending the contract or termination based on assessed company needs at that time.

  • Our fractional HR support services start at $2500 per month.
