Project Cancellation Policy
Every prospective client is given until the 30th day of the month (or the following 30th day of the month if invoice is sent after the 15th of the month) to complete invoice payment and sign the project service or consulting engagement agreement. Throughout the time of the initial service request, the client will be notified by Hampton Hiring Solutions with reminders to complete required on-boarding tasks. It is at the sole discretion of the client to complete those steps in order to successfully move forward as an on-boarded client. Once an invoice and contract is canceled, the prospective client must resubmit a new project request to patronize services. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of Hampton Hiring Solutions.
Phone Cancellation Policy
Consultation calls are awarded as stated when scheduling. Calls are not to exceed the scheduled time-frame. Clients are awarded (2) opportunities to reschedule missed calls given that prior communication is provided by the client. Attempts to reschedule 3rd and proceeding calls will result in a $75 rescheduling fee; not to be scheduled until invoice payment is received in full.
Prospective clients are awarded (2) opportunities to book a discovery call within a 60-day period.
Service Cancellation Policy (Due to Non-Participation)
Every client, as of May 2021, is required to be accessible within business hours, responsive to email correspondence and cooperate through all provided channels of communication as it pertains to the services rendered. Failure to comply with responsiveness within 4 business days after correspondence from HHS puts the client’s project as risk of being paused or terminated. Hampton Hiring Solutions will issue a full statement on intent to refuse continuation of services as a warning. Without response, HHS will then move forward with an official notice of termination. Once the services are terminated, the client is expected to open another project paying in full to move forward based on the discretion of Hampton Hiring Solutions.
Communication
Hampton Hiring Solutions' company phone line is strictly for the use of client consultations to gather further information pertaining to the project or scheduled strategy sessions. All client interactions outside of consultations are to be taken place via email. All emails will be responded to within the business hours provided via our website. Business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 12 PM on Fridays. At no point is any staff member nor the owner of Hampton Hiring Solutions obligated to engage in conversations placed on behalf of the client via the phone.
Failure to meet deadlines and maintain communication with the Hampton Hiring Solutions support team may result in immediate or time-sensitive project cancellation.
