This one-time consultation is a 1 hour session with the founder + key stakeholders. During this time we discuss business strategy and provide you with a plan of action.

This consultation is broken up into 3 different sessions to develop a strategy, following up with your team on implementing the strategy + cultivating an effective plan to ensure your company sticks with the strategy.
Once this consultation has been completed you will receive a notification to schedule your next consultation within the following 30 days.

This consultation is a 6 hour day dedicated solely to the Founder, key stakeholders and your team to develop a strategy from conception to adoption. We will reach out to confirm details with you within 24 hours.

This complimentary call is scheduled for 15 minutes to learn more about our services and how our boutique consulting company can assist you.
Out of respect for our other clients, we do not use this time to discuss strategy, offer advice or consulting of any kind.
